Job summary

Cresset seeks a Head of Data Product to drive data strategy, governance, and analytics across wealth management platforms. You will partner with business leaders and technology teams to define priorities and deliver measurable value, while building a high-performing team focused on advisor and client outcomes.

The role emphasizes standardizing data ownership, improving data quality, and enabling data-informed decisions across CRM, custodial, and planning systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in data, analytics, or product management.
• 4+ years leading data or product teams.
• Prior experience in wealth management, an RIA, or regulated financial services preferred.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and BI practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the firm’s data strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Define and prioritize data initiatives to improve advisor productivity and client service.
• Partner with business and technology teams to align priorities and deliver solutions.
• Measure the impact of data investments on business outcomes.
• Lead a high-performing team delivering value through data and analytics.
