OneDigital is seeking a Wealth Advisor Operations professional to provide high-level support to the Wealth Advisor community and internal teams. You will be the central contact for service requests, data quality, and multi-custodian workflows across major platforms and CRM systems.

You will analyze service metrics, collaborate with custodians, and drive process improvements while supporting onboarding and policy-aligned operations.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in finance, business administration, or related field.
• 3+ years in financial services operations, advisor support, or custodial management (RIA or broker-dealer preferred).

This role serves as a central point of contact for advisor-related service requests, operational escalations, and data quality assurance across custodial and technology platforms (Schwab Advisor Center, Fidelity Wealthscape, Raymond James, Orion Advisor Tech, and Salesforce). This role ensures accurate case handling, seamless advisor experience, and proactive identification of trends impacting service delivery and operational efficiency.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Advisor Service & Case ManagementServe as a primary liaison between advisors and operational teams to ensure prompt resolution of service requests, escalations, and workflow bottlenecks.Triage, analyze, and resolve complex advisor cases related to account setup, maintenance, billing, and custodial processing.Monitor Salesforce LINC ticket queues and Task submissions to ensure SLAs and service quality standards are met.Maintain knowledge of multi-custodian processes, ensuring advisors receive accurate, consistent guidance.Partner with custodial relationship managers (Schwab, Fidelity, Raymond James) to address field inquiries, exceptions, and systemic trends.Operational Data & Process AnalyticsAnalyze advisor service metrics to identify root causes, recurring issues, and opportunities for process improvement.Partner with Data Integrity, Billing team, WM Daily Ops and the Integrations team to ensure advisor data accuracy, including rep codes, fee schedules, and AUM alignment.Recommend system enhancements or automation opportunities to improve turnaround time and reduce manual rework.Collaboration & Cross-Functional SupportPartner closely with Wealth Management Operations, Billing, Compliance, and Finance teams to align service processes with firm policies.Support the onboarding of new advisors and offices by coordinating custodial setup, data validation, and workflow readiness.Maintain and update SOPs, process maps, and training materials related to advisor servicing.Participate in custodial and internal service meetings, summarizing trends, and escalating recurring pain points.Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:Strong working knowledge of Orion Advisor Tech, Salesforce, and major custodial platforms (Schwab, Fidelity, Raymond James).Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and communicate insights clearly.Strong written and verbal communication; able to interface professionally with advisors, custodians, and leadership.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SmartsheetDemonstrates a proactive service mindset and ownership of advisor outcomes.Maintains composure under pressure and delivers consistent, high-quality results.Displays curiosity and a data-driven approach to identify operational improvements.Build trust and credibility across departments and custodians.Contributes to a culture of continuous learning and collaboration within the team.Cross functional departmental training support and training as neededOther duties as assignedEducation, Training and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.3+ years of experience in financial services operations, advisor support, or custodial relationship management (RIA or broker-dealer environment preferred).Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location.
