This role involves negotiating significant commercial transactions, collaborating with legal and compliance teams, and overseeing external counsel. Successful candidates will have 3-5 years of relevant experience, a solid understanding of regulatory requirements, and excellent drafting and communication skills. Competenze

• 3-5 years of experience at a law firm or in-house with wealth management or financial services.
• Experience with Advisers Act of 1940 and Securities Act of 1933 is essential.
