Qualifications
3–5 years of transactional experience in wealth management or financial services.
Experience with Advisers Act, Securities Act, Investment Company Act, FINRA Rules, or Blue Sky Laws.
Strong drafting, negotiation and advisory skills.
Ability to collaborate with compliance and regulatory teams.
Proactive, team player with ability to manage external counsel.
RIA or broker-dealer environment experience preferred.
Responsibilities
Serve as the Associate Counsel of Integrity Wealth, supporting the wealth business division.
Collaborate with the legal, executive and compliance teams for reorganizations.
Review and negotiate commercial transactions with counterparties.
Support advisor and client transitions from a legal perspective.
Coordinate with stakeholders to meet business objectives.
Work with compliance and regulatory teams to ensure robust processes.
Oversee external counsel and manage legal expenses for Integrity Wealth.
Coordinate E&O insurance with brokers for Integrity Wealth.
Assist with arbitration, litigation, or complaints involving Integrity Wealth.
