Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Financial Consultant in New York to help clients own their financial futures through planning, investing, retirement readiness, and education goals. You’ll start with an established client book and develop lasting relationships, guided by a four-level career track and mentorship from seasoned peers.

Qualifications

Requires active FINRA Series 7 license.
Series 66 (63/65) required during tenure.
Life & Health Insurance required during tenure.
CFP® Certification is a plus; internal CFP Cohort Program available.

Responsibilities

Proactively grow the book of business through warm outreach to existing and prospective clients.
Provide holistic financial guidance including retirement, education planning, and investment strategies.
Collaborate with Schwab specialists and adhere to advice guidelines to help clients achieve goals.
Build and deepen client relationships with a client-centric communication strategy.
