Job summary

GemHarvest Executive Recruiting is seeking a polished wealth management client service professional for a Dallas-area role. You will manage inquiries, onboarding, and transfers with an emphasis on accuracy and client satisfaction.

You will support advisors and leadership with coordination of meetings, paperwork, and follow-up. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in wealth-management client service or operations, strong communication, and CRM experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in wealth management client service or operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
• CRM experience; LPL and Series 7/65/66 preferred.
• Must live within a 45-minute commute of Dallas.

Responsibilities

• Own client inquiries, onboarding, account openings, transfers, and maintenance through LPL.
• Coordinate meetings, paperwork, records, and timely follow-up.
• Provide front-desk and executive/administrative support.
