• Experience with custodian paperwork, ideally Charles Schwab.
• Experience with CRM and reporting systems.

Responsabilités

• Schedule client meetings across multiple advisors.
• Prepare and process custodian paperwork.
• Act as custodian liaison troubleshooting issues and discrepancies while seeking platform enhancements.
• Provide billing and client administrative support.
• Execute client workflows using designated CRM and reporting platforms.
• Serve as Office Administrator back-up support when necessary.
