Job summary

Morgan Stanley in Washington, DC is seeking a Client Service Associate to support Financial Advisors and Private Wealth Advisors. You will help cultivate client relationships, handle money movements, and provide account information with a client-first mindset.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Willingness to obtain Series 7, Series 66 or Series 63/65 where applicable.
• Frontline customer-focused service with strong writing and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide service coverage for a FA/PWA/team including cultivating and enhancing client relationships.
• Execute money movement transactions as requested by clients.
• Answer general non-investment questions and relay account information to clients.
• Enter profile information or pre-fill documents in clerical capacity under direction of FA/PWA.
• Educate or enroll clients in digital tools (MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization).
• Support teams’ marketing strategy and website maintenance.
• Assist teams in delivering against business plans and client service models.
