Job summary

Morgan Stanley in Colchester, VT is seeking a Client Service Associate to support Financial Advisors and Private Wealth Advisors. You will help nurture client relationships, handle routine inquiries, and manage profile data and documentation with a client-first mindset.

You will educate clients on digital tools, assist with money movements, and support the teams' marketing and service initiatives, while staying current on policies and platforms.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Two or more years of industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of financial services products including equities, bonds, funds, annuities, insurance.

Responsibilities

• Support Financial Advisors and teams in cultivating client relationships.
• Execute money movement transactions as requested.
• Answer general non-investment questions about client accounts.
• Educate clients on digital tools (MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization).
• Onboard and maintain client accounts with required documents.
• Provide clients with details around their account information e.g., objectives and risk tolerance.
• Enter unsolicited or solicited orders in a clerical capacity as directed.
• Support marketing efforts and service initiatives for FA/PWA/teams.
• Remain current on policies, procedures and platforms.
• Participate in firm initiatives and special projects as directed by management.
