Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management—act as an additional contact for high-net-worth clients and coordinate with sales for meetings.
• Front office transaction processing, research, and maintenance for the regional book of business.
• Monitor and resolve service issues with internal departments.
• Prepare reports for sales staff and upper management and help coordinate client events.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with risk management requirements.
