Qualifications

• 1–3 years of client service experience.
• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses or commitment to earning them shortly after hire.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and drive to succeed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for team members.
• Issue checks and transfer funds for clients between accounts and outside UBS.
• Print and mail account statements and other documents on request.
• Educate clients on UBS services and account features.
• Gather and process information needed for account opening and maintenance.
• Greet clients and prospects and welcome them into the office.
• Prepare documents and materials for client meetings.
• Proactively engage with clients to anticipate their needs.
