Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Registered Client Service Associate to provide exceptional client service and support for Financial Advisors and Private Wealth Advisors. You will assist with client relationships, money movements, account ownership tasks, and digital tool enrollment in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires Series 7 and Series 66 or 63/65 licenses (per regulations) and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma/Equivalency; Active Series 7 (GS), and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA)

Responsibilities

• Provide service coverage for a FA/PWA/team including cultivating and enhancing new and existing client relationships
• Execute money movement transactions at the request of the client and/or FA/PWA/team
• Answer general non-investment related questions concerning client accounts and provide account balances
• Enter profile information or pre-fill account documentation in a clerical capacity
• Educate or enroll clients in digital tools (e.g. MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization)
• Onboard and maintain client accounts with required documentation
• Provide clients with details around their account information (investment objectives, risk tolerance)
• Accept or enter unsolicited orders or solicited orders in a clerical capacity
• Support FAs/PWAs/teams’ marketing strategy and business plans
• Remain current on policies, procedures, and new platforms
• Participate in firm initiatives and training programs
