Job summary

First Tech Federal Credit Union's Addison Avenue Investment Services is seeking an experienced Client Services Specialist to support a distinguished Financial Advisor Team with a long-standing book of business. This role emphasizes client onboarding, relationship management, and operational excellence across the client lifecycle within a fast-paced wealth management environment.

Based at the Ridgepointe Experience Center in Bellevue, WA, the position offers base salary plus incentive potential

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in investment support or administration, or similar client-facing role in wealth management.
• Strong understanding of investment products, advisory workflows, and client service best practices.
• Advanced experience with CRM platforms and financial planning software preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee client onboarding for high-net-worth relationships while adhering to compliance standards.
• Fulfill client requests and resolve service-related issues, updating CRM.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other channels for reviews, events, and outreach.
• Prepare materials for client meetings and maintain data in planning software.
• Facilitate trade execution and investment transactions per advisor direction.
