Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Private Client Banker in a Chase Branch to represent our brand with hospitality and proactive service for Chase’s affluent clients.

You will manage complete banking relationships, generate growth, and solicit referrals across internal and external sources. Responsibilities include delivering attentive service, advising on banking solutions, and promoting technology tools such as the Chase Mobile App.

Qualifications

• Requires value-added, relationship-oriented client acquisition.
• 1+ year of branch banking or equivalent financial services sales experience.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues quickly with attention to detail.
• Compliance with risk, training and regulatory requirements.
• Licensing: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations, Life licenses; licensing within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with welcoming service; promote Chase Private Client.
• Manage assigned clients’ banking relationships using an advice-based approach.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and build trust.
• Guide clients to technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions with experts.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
