Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related field.
• 7+ years of experience in financial services with High-Net-Worth individuals and families.
• Strong sales skills and ability to pursue opportunities vigorously.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to read situations accurately.
• Business development and COI development; creative networking skills.
• Strong understanding of banking and lending products.
• Ability to interpret complex financial statements.
• Ability to work flexible hours (minimum 40 hours/week).

Responsibilities

• Expand the Bank's client base by providing proactive, advice-based solutions for Private Banking clients and prospects.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with High-Net-Worth individuals and families, pro service firms, non-profits and foundations.
• Deliver high quality client service and recommendations to meet client needs and grow relationships.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management Partners to identify financial planning opportunities.
• Work with specialists to connect clients to experts for specialized financial needs.
• Monitor client accounts and recommend actions to meet goals.
• Manage private banking loan portfolio and monitor portfolio quality.
• Achieve goals for deposit growth, credit origination, and assets under management.
• Follow lending procedures and perform credit analysis.
• Work with wealth advisors and fiduciary specialists to preserve client wealth.
