Job summary

Truist is seeking a Product Manager to own the direction and delivery roadmap for Wealth Brokerage capabilities, spanning client experiences, operations, and analytics. You will translate business outcomes and regulatory obligations into prioritised epics and measurable releases.

The role requires collaborating with Product Owners, engineering, data, risk, and compliance to turn strategic objectives into an executable roadmap, ensuring secure and resilient capabilities within a regulated

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, design, or technology.
Five or more years of banking, financial services, or other relevant work experience.
Three or more years of product, analysis, technology, and/or design experience.
Three or more years of leading cross functional teams.
Experience collaborating with Product Owners and Agile delivery teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a product vision and strategic roadmap for Wealth Brokerage capabilities.
Research and analyse the needs of Wealth Brokerage clients and users, translating findings into outcomes.
Define epics, features, acceptance criteria and maintain a ready backlog for delivery.
Collaborate with architecture and engineering on modernisation, cloud migration, data, and security.
