Qualifications

  • Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses are required.
  • 2+ years of client service experience, preferably within financial services or wealth management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Assist financial advisors with investment research, portfolio analysis, and financial planning activities.
  • Develop and support customized asset allocation recommendations and investment solutions aligned with client goals.
  • Analyze portfolio performance reports and identify opportunities for discussion or portfolio adjustments by advisors.
  • Prepare client-facing investment reports and financial planning materials.
  • Support advisor business development and client relationship management activities.
  • Conduct business analytics and reporting to support practice growth and operational effectiveness.
  • Research market, industry, and investment information to support advisor recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation utilizing CRM and business systems.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to resolve client inquiries and support advisor needs.

This role is responsible for assisting with investment research, portfolio analysis, asset allocation recommendations, financial planning support, and business analytics.
