Qualifications

• 7+ years in financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of the needs and sensitivities of clients.
• Ability to work in a team-based environment.
• Ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments with high accuracy and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
• Series 7 & 66 licenses required by hire or within 180 days from start date.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales support for a J.P. Morgan Advisors team through coordination of client service projects and operational issues; supervise junior sales support including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Oversee and regulate workflow within the group; develop procedures to improve efficiencies and communicate across teams and clients.
• Manage client contact and coverage responsibilities; ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies; liaison with multiple internal teams and clients.
• Attend client meetings as needed; complete ad hoc client-related projects; assist with issue resolution and creative solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities with Financial Advisor; market and implement investment solutions aligned with client objectives; grow assets from existing clients.
