As an Advisory Associate Intern, you’ll support the team with client data, meeting materials, and financial plans, help maintain our CRM, and participate in a capstone project, all while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Rising senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Client-focused with integrity and collaborative attitude.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to pass criminal background/credit check.

Responsibilities

• Support Advisory team by gathering and organizing client data, preparing materials for meetings, portfolio proposals and quarterly reports, and assisting in financial plan documentation.
• Maintain CRM system records, including meeting notes and data cleanup projects.
• Assist with special projects in technology and operations as needed.
• End of internship capstone project and presentation.
