Job summary

Pathstone in San Francisco seeks a Client Advisory Associate to support high-net-worth families and institutions. You will work in teams with portfolio managers, prepare performance reports, and assist with client presentations while delivering exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, under two years of work experience, strong results in Excel and PowerPoint, and an interest in financial markets; training on Addepar and Salesforce is provided.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and less than two years of work experience.
Interest in financial markets and client service.
Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team and show initiative.
Strong written and oral communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Support portfolio management teams and assist with client presentations.
Produce performance reports and coordinate client meetings.
Learn asset allocation, portfolio construction, and manager selection processes.
Engage in special projects and learn to use Addepar and Salesforce.
