Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in economics, business, or related areas.
• 1–3 years of related experience and/or a combination of education, experience, and training.
• Ability to work within a team environment, while also being a self-starter.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superior analytical skills and extreme attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task across a wide range of clients and advisors.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience presenting to clients is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day delivery of Wealth Management services under supervision.
• Partner with Client Service Team to ensure requests are processed accurately and timely.
• Customize client presentations including portfolio performance and cash flow planning.
• Develop investment portfolio allocations and trading decisions in line with client goals.
• Communicate with clients and outside advisors.
• Maintain, create, and analyze performance reports.
• Execute investment decisions.
• Provide client wealth forecasting and onboarding support.
• Support business development and ongoing professional education.
