Job summary

The Piedmont Group in Georgia is seeking a motivated Financial Advisor to build a long-term book of business by advising individuals, families, and business owners with comprehensive financial planning and wealth management solutions.

This role offers performance-based income with uncapped commissions, up to a $50,000 financing subsidy, extensive training, and marketing support. Licenses required: Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63/65) plus Life and Health Insurance.

Qualifications

• License: Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 & 65) and Life/Health Insurance licenses required at hire.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to grow a client base.
• High ethical standards and commitment to clients' best interests.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and community involvement.
• Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis.
• Develop customized financial strategies based on client goals and risk tolerance.
• Recommend investment, retirement, insurance, and wealth-management solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships with regular reviews and service.
• Stay current on financial markets, investment products, and regulations.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Meet or exceed sales and production goals.
