Job summary

Stratos is seeking a senior relationship manager to lead a regional portfolio of advisory firms. You will build trusted advisor relationships, develop relationship plans, and drive growth through platform adoption and asset consolidation.

The role requires 5+ years in wealth management, FINRA registrations, and a strong track record in cross-functional collaboration. Willingness to travel up to 50% to support advisor meetings and events is expected.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in wealth management or related client-facing financial services environments.
• Experience coordinating solutions across multiple internal teams.
• Knowledge of advisor practice models, wealth-management operations, platform technology, and RIAs/regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship lead for an assigned regional portfolio of Stratos-affiliated advisors and firms.
• Lead recurring business reviews linking relationship goals with service performance and growth priorities.
• Monitor relationship health and coordinate interventions to address risks.
• Identify and pursue organic growth, asset consolidation, and platform-expansion opportunities.
• Help advisors adopt Stratos resources and coordinate discovery with internal teams.
• Drive adoption of Stratos’ Advisor Insights Platform and custody/investment solutions.
• Act as advisor advocate across service, operations, product, technology, and sales.
