Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent financial services experience.
• Demonstrated success in client acquisition and relationship building.
• Licenses required within time of starting: Series 7 and Series 66.

• Champion and support your teammates’ success and the goals of the bank, while fostering a culture of diversity
• Build a book of business and deliver personalized investment solutions focusing on relationship management
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of financial markets and sound business judgement
• Exhibit integrity and do right by clients at every opportunity
• Educate clients on technology and channels to monitor and manage investments
• Provide a holistic view of clients’ needs and financial coaching beyond investments
• Embrace digital innovations to help clients become digitally confident and bank where they want
