Diversified is an SEC-registered investment advisor managing $3.7B in total assets (RIA + broker-dealer) for 2,800+ households across all 50 states. Founded in 1982 and headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware, the firm operates nine offices across six states and has grown through a disciplined, partner-led model rather than private equity backing — meaning no outside investors, no forced timelines, and a focus on long-term client and employee outcomes.
Diversified's mission is to help clients achieve their life goals by providing everything they need for lifelong wealth: integrated financial planning, investment management, and tax services delivered through a centralized team model. The firm has been recognized as a Top RIA by Financial Advisor Magazine for six consecutive years and named a Best Place to Work by Investment News and the Philadelphia Business Journal.
Advisors at Diversified join a defined partner track with incentive-based pay, profit distributions, and mentorship — built for those who want to grow a book, not just maintain one.
