Job Description

1. Consult on investment and insurance strategies, develop financial plans, grow and retain a book of business, and handle sales and service efficiently. Make referrals to internal partners as appropriate.
2. Acquire, expand, and maintain client relationships through business development and networking. Enhance client loyalty and share of wallet by providing exceptional service. Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve client problems.
3. Develop and implement investment and insurance strategies, determine suitable products, present financial recommendations, and establish financial plans based on client needs. Monitor and adjust plans as needed.
4. Coach and educate internal partners to identify investment opportunities, promote investment education, and maintain effective communication to build strong relationships that generate referrals.
5. Meet regularly with internal partners to review results and pipeline, follow up on leads and referrals, and adhere to all applicable laws and policies.

Qualifications

Successful candidates should demonstrate relevant knowledge, skills, and experience including a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of industry experience, and required licenses (FINRA Series 7 and 66 or 63,65; Life and Health Insurance). Certifications are preferred but not required.
