Job summary

PNC Wealth Management is seeking a Financial Advisor based in Western Springs, IL. You will consult on investment and insurance strategies, develop comprehensive financial plans, and manage a growing client book within a collaborative branch network.

You will coach staff, drive referrals, and ensure compliance with all laws and guidelines while delivering exceptional service to clients across the local market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and relevant experience required.
• FINRA licenses (7/66 or 63/65) required.
• Life and Health Insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Consults on investment and insurance strategies and develops client financial plans.
• Grows and retains an investment and insurance book of business; manages client experience and referrals.
• Develops and implements investment/insurance strategies; presents recommendations and monitors plans.
• Coaches branch staff to identify investment opportunities and drive referrals.
• Meets with leadership to review results and manage pipeline; adheres to laws and policies.
