Job summary

S Piper Staffing LLC is seeking a Financial Advisor (CFP®, CPA, CFA, or JD) for an on-site role in Minneapolis, MN. Join a high-performing wealth management team delivering comprehensive financial planning and investment strategies for high-net-worth clients.

You will work with senior advisors, analyze portfolios, prepare cash flow analyses and long-term planning models, and mentor junior team members. A bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in wealth management are required, with strong Excel skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years of experience in wealth management or financial planning.
• Experience with RIAs, wealth management firms, or Big 4 preferred.
• Strong Excel and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for client communications and deliver timely responses.
• Collaborate with senior advisors to develop comprehensive financial strategies.
• Analyze portfolios and recommend strategic improvements.
• Prepare cash flow analyses, asset allocation, and long-term planning models.
• Maintain client records and planning documentation in CRM systems.
