Job summary

WesBanco Securities seeks a Financial Advisor to represent in an assigned branch territory, providing investment counseling to bank and non-bank clients and offering products such as mutual funds, annuities, and fee-based accounts. You will work with and coach licensed bankers on investment sales within a regulated banking environment.

You will collaborate with internal partners to identify opportunities for trust or insurance services and other products, while maintaining professional conduct

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Experience in investment sales or related fields preferred.
• Understanding of FINRA rules and bank policies considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect clients to establish business relationships.
• Profile clients and recommend suitable investment and insurance solutions.
• Provide a great client experience to all clients and prospects.
• Open investment and insurance accounts and manage service requests and transactions.
• Participate in seminars, branch training and community events.
• Cross-refer clients to bank-offered services with other divisions.
• Coach and train Senior and Licensed Personal Bankers.
