HighTower Advisors in Chicago seeks a Wealth Advisor to manage client relationships and deliver comprehensive financial planning. You will collaborate with a team of advisors to guide high-net-worth clients through retirement, investments, and estate planning.
The role requires 5+ years in wealth management, CFP/CFA/CPA designations, and strong business development and networking skills. Hybrid work with travel between Chicago and Oak Brook offices is provided.

As a Wealth Advisor, you will be a trusted partner to high-net-worth individuals and families, helping them navigate complex financial decisions and achieve their long‑term goals. Working collaboratively with an experienced team of advisors and client service professionals, you will lead client relationships, deliver comprehensive financial planning, and provide customized wealth management solutions. You will report to senior leadership and contributes to client retention, business development, and the growth of the practice.
The Wealth Advisor serves as the primary relationship manager for clients, providing holistic financial guidance and delivering exceptional client experience.
