Job summary

Bank of America Merrill Wealth Management is seeking a Financial Advisor in the Advisor Development Program to serve high-net-worth clients. You will identify needs, build relationships, review goals, and deliver comprehensive investment recommendations aligned with client objectives and risk tolerance.

You will collaborate with Merrill Financial Advisor Teams to grow portfolios while receiving world-class training and mentoring from the Academy at Bank of America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Series 7 and 66 licenses required (or equivalents).
• Minimum 1 year financial services or sales experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a book of business to meet performance hurdles.
• Source clients through referrals and networking; refer to internal specialists.
• Recommend investments aligned with client objectives, resources, time horizon and risk.
• Balance growth, referrals, follow-up, and regulatory compliance in daily activities.
• Organize resources to run a productive practice.
• Collaborate with specialists for planning and investment strategies.
• Complete mandated training and continuing education requirements.
