Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of providing advice, planning and investment sales.
• SIE, Series 7, Series 63 required; Series 66 or equivalent may be needed later.
• Advanced understanding of wealth products and services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel within assigned market five days a week.
• Consultative sales experience required.
• Proven ability to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Sell investments and provide financial plans to clients.
• Deliver legendary service to maximize client retention and growth.
• Complete onboarding, needs analysis and client documentation.
• Promote lead generation and partner referrals.
• Meet quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Refer opportunities to Retail and Wealth partners as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and firm policies.
