Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent financial services experience.
• Demonstrated success in client acquisition, cultivating and maintaining client relationships, and integrating with key partners.
• Strong goals-based planning and advisory capabilities.
• Active licenses: Series 7, Series 66 (63/65) and Life/Health/LTC or ability to obtain within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Build a book of business and deliver personalized investment solutions to clients
• Provide holistic view of clients’ needs and financial coaching beyond investments
• Educate clients on technology and channels to monitor and manage investments
• Champion client relationships with a focus on relationship management
• Demonstrate integrity and sound judgment in financial guidance
• Leverage partnerships to deepen client relationships and referrals
