Job summary

Equitable Advisors is seeking professionals for The Retirement Benefits Group to serve education, healthcare and government clients in Florida. You will engage clients, educate them on our financial products, and implement tailored retirement solutions with a focus on data confidentiality and service excellence.

The role includes FINRA sponsorship, 120-day training, Virtual University, mentorship and leadership development, plus a base salary with commissions and bonus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent skills and work experience.
State Life & Health license, SIE, Series 7, Series 66.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with self-confidence.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to positively impact others.
Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Cultivate and expand your network within established markets.
