Equitable Advisors in Miami, FL seeks a Financial Professional for the Retirement Benefits Group to help educators, healthcare, and government professionals secure their retirement. You will engage clients, explain products, and tailor solutions while working in local schools and municipalities.

Through FINRA licensing sponsorship and a 120-day training path, you'll build a wealth-management career with mentorship, coaching, and advancement toward CFP/ChFC designations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent skills and work experience.
• Licensing: State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66.
• Personal attributes: values-driven with a track record of success and accomplishment.
• Communication skills: excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with strong self-confidence.
• Mindset: entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to positively impact others' lives.

Responsibilities
