Job summary

Bank of America Merrill Advisors is seeking candidates for the Advisor Development Program (Financial Advisor) to work with high-net-worth individuals, identify needs, develop relationships, and deliver comprehensive recommendations aligned to client goals.

You will collaborate with Merrill Financial Advisor Teams, build a book of business, and grow portfolio performance through mentoring, training, and a defined consultative approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
• Series 7 & 66 licenses required (63 & 65 in lieu of 66).
• Experience in financial services or sales with goal attainment.
• Proven ability to engage and influence others.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries about Merrill offerings.
• Position Merrill and Bank of America capabilities to clients.
• Collect client profile data following KYC procedures to open accounts.
• Serve as interim Financial Advisor, recommending investments based on client objectives, resources, time horizon and risk profile.
• Document all client interactions and opportunities in Salesforce.
