Qualifications

• Requires Series 7 & 66 licenses (or 63/65 in lieu of 66) and 1+ year in financial services or sales.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build trust and credibility quickly.
• Proven ability to source clients through prospecting and networking and to work toward performance-based compensation.
• Experience collaborating with partners and delivering investment recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop a book of business to meet and exceed performance goals.
• Prioritize prospecting, referrals, and tailoring solutions to client needs.
• Recommend investments aligned to client objectives and risk tolerance.
• Balance growth activities with compliance, administration, and ongoing personal development.
