F.N.B. Corporation in Monroeville, PA is seeking a Financial Advisor to support strategic goals by servicing current clients and pursuing new relationships.

You will manage existing accounts, learn clients’ financial needs, and proactively offer appropriate investment products, including cross-referrals to Trust, Insurance, or Loans. This full-time position requires a High School diploma or GED, at least 3 years of related experience, and FINRA licenses (Series 7 and 63/65 or S66).

Qualifications

• Experience managing client relationships and growing a book of business.
• Ability to identify needs and present investment products.
• Familiarity with cross-referrals to Trust, Insurance, or Loans.
• FINRA licensing and regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service existing clients and Bank customers.
• Build stronger relationships by learning customers’ financial needs and supplying appropriate products.
• Actively pursue the acquisition of new clients from internal referrals and external sources.
• Identify opportunities for cross-referrals to other lines of business such as Trust, Insurance or loans.
• Maintain client files, comply with FINRA licensing and regulatory requirements.
