Masterworks Advisers, located in New York, seeks an Investment Advisor to grow our investor community by delivering expert guidance on art as an alternative asset and driving ongoing portfolio reviews. You will manage relationships with established investors and present new opportunities to increase lifetime value, leveraging deep capital markets knowledge.

No art background is required; we provide comprehensive training on the art market and Masterworks investments, including licensing support

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in investment or financial advisory roles
• Demonstrated success developing relationships with sophisticated investors
• Ability to communicate with sophistication, authority, and professionalism with high-net-worth investors
• Deep interest in alternative assets, financial markets, and macroeconomics

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to investors, delivering consultative guidance on blue-chip art as an alternative asset
• Own and grow an established base of HNW clients by conducting portfolio reviews, presenting new investment opportunities, and driving investment decisions with confidence and credibility
• Build deep, long-term relationships with a sophisticated investor base to increase investment activity and lifetime value
• Use CRM tools and data dashboards to manage pipeline, outreach strategy, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Finance Operations on specific business objectives
