Job summary

DataAnnotation is seeking a Finance Expert to evaluate AI-built financial analyses, trace three-statement linkages, and ensure defensible assumptions in real corporate scenarios.

You’ll stress-test models, expose hidden drivers, and write clear judgments you’d present to a CFO, with a remote, flexible engagement and competitive compensation. Prior FP&A or strategic finance experience preferred; no degree required.

• Fluency with modeling: three-statement builds, DCF, and the accounting behind them.
• Clear written English: your explanations are the training signal.

Job description

Models can build a three-statement model that looks clean and still get the mechanics wrong: a balance sheet that doesn't balance, working capital that flows the wrong way, a circular reference silently zeroed out. Someone has to trace the numbers back through the logic, and that someone is you.

As a Finance Expert you'll evaluate AI-built financial analyses on real corporate scenarios, check the valuation assumptions and the accounting behind them, and write the judgments that teach models what defensible finance work looks like.

Up to $40 – $125+/hr depending on task difficulty and specialization. Many contributors add $10k–$100k+ a year; some make it their full-time income.
