Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and support across front and back office functions.
• Schedule and manage client appointments, calls, and outreach with professional conduct.
• Collaborate across the firm to resolve client inquiries and fulfill requests.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements, compliance, and operational procedures.
• Develop deep client relationships through discovery conversations and financial planning tools.
• Participate in workshops and live client interactions for ongoing development.
