  • Build and execute a personal business development plan to exceed sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and client seminars to expand visibility and brand presence.
  • Partner with internal marketing, product, and investment teams to create tailored client acquisition strategies.

  • Collaborate with specialists to deliver holistic, customized wealth strategies and solutions – planning, investments, wealth transfer, family office services and tax optimization.
  • Through a robust discovery process, identify and prioritize key client investment and wealth planning needs and objectives.
  • With the client’s input, determine short‑ and long‑term deliverables and develop a plan to accomplish them.
  • Stay current on market trends, products, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice and anticipate client needs.
  • Leverage data, analytics, and marketing tools to track pipeline activity, client engagement, and conversion metrics.
Qualifications

  • Minimum 8‑10 years of experience advising high‑net‑worth clients, building relationships, and delivering comprehensive advice and solutions.
  • Strong network of professional centers of influence (lawyers, accountants, business owners, etc.) and ability to cultivate new referral channels.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, ability to influence and partner across teams to drive outcomes.
  • Relevant certifications/designations (CFA, CFP, CPA, JD, MBA, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
  • Strong growth mindset with a focus on winning and retaining clients.
  • Demonstrated ethical and professional behavior, adhering to industry regulations and compliance standards.
What We Offer
