Job summary

Associated Bank seeks a Senior Wealth Advisor to manage end-to-end client relationships and deliver tailored wealth strategies across investments, banking, and trust services. You will collaborate with specialists to provide integrated solutions and growth through business development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of experience in private wealth, private banking, or trust/estate advisory.
  • Proven success in business development, client retention, and relationship management.
  • At least one of CFP, ChFC, CWS, CTFA, or FINRA Series 7/66.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business by sourcing and converting high net worth prospects through referrals, COIs, and community engagement.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of client relationships, ensuring high retention and satisfaction.
  • Lead comprehensive wealth planning strategies, including investments, lending, estate planning, and philanthropy.
  • Partner with internal specialists to deliver coordinated, holistic client solutions.
  • Conduct regular client reviews, monitor performance, and adjust strategies to meet evolving needs.
  • Ensure fiduciary compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Track pipeline activity and client data using CRM tools to support growth and reporting.

Serve as the primary advisor to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, delivering tailored wealth strategies that drive long-term financial success. Key Accountabilities

Education & Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of experience in private wealth, private banking, or trust/estate advisory
  • Proven success in business development, client retention, and relationship management
  • At least one of the following licenses or certifications: CFP, ChFC, CWS, CTFA, or FINRA Series 7/66
Preferred
  • Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
