Responsibilities

  • Partners with clients to identify, understand, and refine their financial goals.
  • Analyzes clients’ financial status and develops recommendations that help them work towards well-defined financial objectives.
  • Ensures client satisfaction and retention by developing and implementing appropriate financial solutions, building meaningful and long-lasting relationships.
  • Acts as a fiduciary, placing clients’ interests and outcomes first.
  • Conducts regular reviews with clients to update their financial plans as needed.
  • Develops a professional network to drive business; proactively seeks new client opportunities.
  • Leverages knowledge of the Bank’s internal systems for financial planning and cash flow analysis to drive business objectives.
  • Ensures compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Keeps current with financial markets, industry trends, and relevant regulatory updates, to advise internal teams and leadership when needed.

QualificationsEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, required.
  • 5+ years’ experience in client-facing financial services role, required.
  • CFA, CFP, CPA, or JD, preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  • Strong knowledge of estate and gift taxes, philanthropy, trust structures, insurance, income tax planning, and investment management.
  • Strong understanding of wealth management concepts, investment opportunities, and financial markets.
  • Prior success selling financial services.
  • Excellent networking, relationship management, and client service skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial solutions to clients.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
