You will lead client meetings, tailor strategies across retirement, investments, and estate planning, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or investment advisory.
  • Strong business development experience is essential, with demonstrated success sourcing and converting new client relationships.
  • Experience independently leading client meetings and managing high-net-worth relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset with the ability to develop business while maintaining a high standard of client service.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Our client is an independent Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) looking to add a growth-oriented Wealth Advisor to its team. This individual will work directly with high-net-worth clients, providing comprehensive financial guidance while playing an active role in expanding the firm’s client base. The ideal candidate combines strong planning and relationship management skills with a demonstrated ability to generate new business and develop lasting relationships.
