Are you passionate about tech recruitment and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? We're looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our growing team in Bangalore!

What You’ll Do:

• Source and screen top tech talent across roles like Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, and Data Engineering
• Use job portals (Naukri, Monster, Dice), LinkedIn, and internal databases to identify candidates
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess technical fit and communication
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
• Build a strong talent pipeline and maintain accurate records in our ATS
• Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Leads on hiring priorities
• Understand and work with W2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp (C2C) hiring models

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment (Domestic or US staffing preferred)
• Solid knowledge of technical skill sets and current industry trends
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and leading job boards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree (HR/IT background preferred)
