• JD from an accredited law school
• Must be California barred, with experience litigating in the Central District of California.
• 5+ years of litigation experience (Labor & Employment and workplace safety)
• Strong legal writing, discovery, and courtroom advocacy skills • Excellent communication and time management abilities.
• Ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
• Strong self-starter, communicator, and independently motivated
• Experience with workplace safety matter
• Compensation: $170,000–$230,000
