ABA Journey is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a fully remote role supporting families across Georgia. You will conduct assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and supervise RBTs. This flexible position allows for part-time or full-time hours, playing a crucial role in improving the lives of children with autism.
ABA Journey is searching for a skilled and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our growing team. While we’re highlighting this position for Atlanta, this is a fully remote BCBA role open to candidates anywhere in Georgia.

We’re looking for a BCBA who values autonomy, professional growth, and making a meaningful difference. This position offers the flexibility of part-time or full-time hours and allows you to manage your own schedule while making a tangible impact in the lives of children across Georgia.
Conduct Assessments & Develop Plans
Complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), skill evaluations, and write customized treatment plans.
Use your BCBA skills to craft evidence-based programs tailored to each client's unique developmental and behavioral needs.
Supervise & Support
Guide and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring fidelity to treatment plans.
Provide feedback, oversight, and support for RBTs and caregivers under your BCBA leadership.
Track Progress
Monitor client data, assess outcomes, and adjust interventions as necessary.
As a BCBA, you'll be responsible for clinical accuracy and responsiveness to each child’s evolving goals.
Train & Educate
Deliver parent training sessions and teach behavior management techniques.
Collaborate with other providers and caregivers to ensure holistic care.
Maintain Compliance
Submit timely documentation and ensure all practices align with BACB ethical standards and Georgia Medicaid/insurance requirements.
Active BCBA certification (required).
Master’s degree in ABA, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
At least one year of professional experience as a BCBA, especially with children or individuals with autism.
Strong communication, clinical decision-making, and leadership skills.
Tech-savvy and comfortable working remotely in a HIPAA-compliant environment.
Must live in Georgia or within 50 miles of the Georgia border.

Pay Rate: $75–$90/hour
Schedule: Flexible; full-time or part-time
Work Type: Remote, with virtual client oversight and RBT supervision
