White Oak Kings Mountain is seeking a dedicated and professional Licensed Practical Nurse to join our skilled nursing team as a Weekend Supervisor. We are committed to providing high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive and collaborative healthcare environment.

$10,000 sign-on-bonus to be paid in 3 installments, at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year of employment

White Oak Kings Mountain is a 154-bed long-term skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation facility located at 716 Sipes Street in Kings Mountain, NC. Medical Center.

The ideal candidate demonstrates clinical competence, professionalism, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team. A commitment to resident dignity, safety, and quality of care is essential.

Position Schedule

Friday, Saturday, Sunday

7:00AM to 7:00PM

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved School of Nursing
• Current, active LPN license in the state of North Carolina
• Strong leadership and critical thinking skills
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality patient care

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive pay rate, including shift differential (if applicable).

Wages are based on YOUR years of experience!!!

LPN Supervisor will receive a WE Premium differential of an additional $9.00 per hour on Saturdays and Sundays, and applicable shift differentials for hours worked on any other day of the week.

Full-time employees are eligible for benefits upon hire, effective after 30 days of employment.
