Are you passionate about food, sales, and being your own boss? The Pickle, Jam & Salsa Kitchen offers a unique opportunity for motivated individuals to start their own business as a Vendor-Distributor.

Set your own schedule, work at your own pace, and enjoy the rewards of performance-based earnings while representing a renowned brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sell & Promote Products: Showcase high-quality food items, including pickles, jams, salsas, BBQ sauces, and dressings.

Event Participation: Set up and manage booths at vendor shows, markets, and community events.

Customer Engagement: Build lasting relationships, provide samples, and effectively promote products.

Inventory Management: Ensure stock meets demand at events.

Business Development: Identify and pursue new events and sales opportunities to grow your sales.

WHAT WE PROVIDE

Start-Up Kit: 4 cases of food products (valued at $650.00). Additional inventory available as you grow your sales.

Wholesale Pricing: Access to wholesale costs for restocking. Free Vendor Booth Setup: Attend 5 company-approved events at no cost. Opportunities for recurring monthly events may also be available.

Event Guidance: Support with finding local events, including those with vendor fees ranging from $50.00–$100.00.

Comprehensive Training: Learn inventory control, client acquisition, event scheduling, and effective sales strategies.

Marketing Materials: Receive 50 brochures, pricing menus, and business cards, along with insider tips to help grow your business.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

Enthusiasm, a drive for success, and a few essentials: Entrepreneurial Spirit: Be self-motivated and excited to grow your business.

Sales Experience: Helpful but not required—we will train you! Reliable Transportation: Ensure you can transport products to events. Communication Skills: Engage with customers effectively and promote products.

Basic Business Skills: Understand inventory management and sales tracking.

Compensation Details Earnings: 100% commission-based with potential annual earnings of $50,000.00–$85,000.00, depending on performance.

Event Earnings: Typical earnings per event range from $400.00 to $1,000.00, based on foot traffic and event duration.
